Klaus Multiparking Systems are designed for 2-ton & 2.5-ton cars The technical specifications are different for different capacity. They are designed as per the mutual discussions between Klaus & the customer.

There are THREE types of cars present in the market: Hatchback, Sedan, & SUV. Klaus systems are designed to accommodate standard cars as per below table:

Also, different systems require different heights. All height requirements are either clear heights, either Beam Bottom, or Slab Bottom. Pockets between beams can be considered if required dimensions are fulfilled. Please consult the Klaus Sales Team for various combinations of cars.
Mechanical parking systems involve mechanical as well as electrical components. If the system needs to be installed outside the building, covering is required. Our systems come with hydraulic power packs, control switches, etc. which need to be covered so as to avoid water, dust ingress.

Civil and Electrical work is required as per Klaus Multiparking Systems standards. E.g. Foundation, 3-Phase supply, finished flooring, electrical lighting, etc. Different types of systems will require different types of readiness work. A system sharing single power pack recommends the use of the single system at a time. In Puzzle system, there is one operation at a time.

Parking System operation is very user-friendly, although children are not allowed to operate the system. The system needs to be operated by trained personnel only whether individual or valet. Hence, keeping a valet is purely the decision of the customer. Regular training programmes for end-users are organized by the Klaus Service Team.

A foundation block with reinforced concrete is recommended. M25 or above grade concrete is suggested.
Yes! Foundation top and floor level need to match to avoid the gap between the parking platforms and the ground.
Multiparking systems require supports. Hence, tendon line details are required for designing.

Based on the type of repair work whether minor /major with /without material, the time span required for repair work completion varies from few hours to few days
Subject to non-entry of foreign particles, change in environmental conditions, hydraulic oil needs to be inspected after every 5 years for its emulsification and viscosity.
Safety of any machine is of prime importance, and we, at Klaus, insist on regular inspection and upkeep of the systems. We insist on minimum at least 2 checks annually. Our technical team carries a safety-related checkpoint list. During every preventive maintenance visit, these points are given special attention
No. We, at Klaus, do not offer any insurance for the parking system. The customer can check with a third party general insurance provider for further details.
Klaus has a detailed grievance redressal system and a complaint escalation matrix in place.
|Customer complaints at the grass root level are taken care of by our trained technical team. Each of our regional offices has a dedicated customer care number where the customer can call and log his/her complaints.|
