Lift & Shuttle:

This system is the most advanced parking system among all the automatic parking solutions. It is a completely automatic system which requires no human assistance other than entering the car data at parking room. It is the pallet based system where car is stored on the strong metal pallet & parked inside the storage system.

The parking places in this system are metallic structures with non-human basements. The car owners keep and retrieve the cars only in the parking rooms situated at the ground levels. The movement of the cars from parking room to the storage racks is done through lift-slide-friction drives automatically.

Main Elements of the system are:

4. Car Pallet

Lifter:

It is mainly used for transferring cars between various levels. Pull-out friction drives are mounted on the carriage which is used for pushing & pulling the pallet in & out. Lift carriage gets lifted up & down by means of hollow shaft gear motor drive, wire rope & pulley mechanism. Lift carriage is guided from four corners by means of high strength precisely machined guides & roller shoe guides. Spring buffers are provided under the carriage to take care of the sudden / accidental falling of carriage & inbuilt electrical interlock for hoist wire rope breakage.

Shuttle:

Shuttles are horizontal travelers which travels along the floor mounted rails. Shuttles are fitted with pull-out drives which pushes/pulls the pallet from shuttle to lift/storage car slots & vice versa. Travelling is done by means of gear motor drive coupled with travel wheels. Shuttle structure is made from rolled steel sections & precisely machined for various fitments. Accurate positioning of shuttle in front of the car slots & other position is done by means of counter disc & high speed counter sensors.

Entry Room:

This is the parking station where car owner parks the car as for parking in & drives away the park-out cars from the system. It is an enclosed room with automatic shutter at the entry/exit & geometry checking sensor fitted inside the room. Proper assistance is given by means of the sensor & instruction display unit fitted inside the room in parking the vehicle correctly. Incorrect size vehicles/oversize vehicle gets rejected by the sensor system.

Car Pallet:

It is a device that actually carries the car (payload). Pallet is made from steel tubes & sheet metal structures to form the rigid structure to hold the required payload. It is fitted with urethane wheel for lower noise operation during storage & retrieval.

Tower Parking

The tower parking is designed for garages with a small footprint and where the sky is the limit. The lift moves vertically only and it stores the cars on multiple levels. It is an automatically controlled parking system with a central vertical lift and storage shelves arranged next to it on both sides. It does not need any ramps or driving lanes, offers safety against theft, damage and vandalism and is environmentally-friendly due to its compact construction and reduced carbon emission.

Klaus Layer System (Multilevel Circulation Automatic Parking)

The tower parking is designed for garages with medium footprint buildings and the car numbers to be achieved are relatively less. Lift moves vertically only and it stores the cars on multiple levels. The cars are arranged in an endless chain manner and rotate in a circular fashion to bring the desired car near to the lifter. This system can be created both below and above the ground level.

Circulation System:

The cars along with the pallets are stored on the circulation system. The cars placed on it circulates are in a merry-go-round manner. The lifter takes the cars from parking station near to the circulation system and pushes it inside the system. The same thing is repeated vice-versa during retrieval.

Klaus Quad Vario System

This system is the advanced parking system among all the automatic parking solutions. It is commonly called as ‘Chess’ type system. It is a completely automatic system which requires no human assistance other than entering the car data at parking room. It is the pallet & roller bed based system where car is stored on the strong metal pallet & parked on the roller beds.

The parking places in this system are bi-directional or quadro roller beds. The car owners keep and retrieve the cars only in the parking rooms situated at the ground levels. The movement of the cars from parking room to the storage is done through lift-slide-friction drives automatically.
