Klaus P-110 (Parking Automat)

Two-Level Parking Automat is a car parking system providing independent parking spaces for cars on two levels and side by side. Dimensions and specifications are in accordance with the specification sheet and final layout approved. Parking spaces are arranged on two different levels, one level on ground & other level in the pit. The vehicles are parked on platforms. The platforms of the lower floor (pit) are moved vertically, the platforms on the ground floor are moved horizontally. At approach level there is always one parking space less available than the lower floor. This vacant space is used for shifting the ground floor parking spaces sideways, thus making it possible to ascend the lower floor parking space situated below to approach level.

Construction and Mounting Parts:

A steel frame work mounted on the floor consisting of supports, steel pillars with sliding platform supports, cross and longitudinal members and running rails for the transversely moveable ground floor platforms..

Platforms:

This parking system has a platform consisting of side members, cross members, platform base sections, adjustable wheel-stops, screws, small parts, etc.

Lifting and Horizontal Moving Device:

Lifting device for lower floor (pit) platform consists of hydraulic cylinder with solenoid valve, sprocket wheels, chains and limit switches. The platforms are suspended on four points respectively and are guided along the supports via sliding bearings. Drive units of transversely moveable platforms on the ground floor consists of AC gear motor, low noise running and guide rollers and power supply via travelling cable.

Centrally located operator’s box (operating panel) with “EMERGENCY STOP” button, for selecting required parking space

Special Use:

P200 model is specially designed to give through pass to the vehicles from the system, and is typically used in combination with either P210 or P310. This model reduces the requirement of driveways in between the systems and improves the space efficiency giving additional number of cars.

Klaus P-200 (Parking Automat)

Klaus P-310 (Parking Automat)

Three-Level Parking Automat is a car parking system providing independent parking spaces for cars on three levels and side by side. Dimensions and specifications are in accordance with the specification sheet and final layout approved.

Parking spaces are arranged on three different levels, one level on the top of the other. The vehicles are parked on platforms. The platforms of the lower floor as well as the platforms of the upper floor are moved vertically, the platforms on the ground floor are moved horizontally. At approach level there is always one parking space less available than the upper floor/or lower floor. This vacant space is used for shifting the ground floor parking spaces sideways, thus making it possible to descend an upper floor parking space situated above to approach level, and/or raise a lower platform parking space situated below to approach level.

Operating element with “EMERGENCY –STOP” button and the lock. The control panel consists of the PLC’s, contactors, etc.

Special Use:

This system in particular is used for building outdoor installations. Maximum number of cars can be achieved in the minimum footprint area available by adding multiple rows of the cars.

KOGP (Klaus Over Ground Puzzle Parker)

This parking system provides independent car parking spaces. The car spaces are arranged in multiple rows placed on one above the other. Dimensions are in accordance with the pertaining information sheet.

In this parking system, the access to all parking spaces is horizontal and on the ground level. All the cars are arranged on the platform placed one beside the other & one above the other. In a given system the topmost level (row) cars are moved vertically, the lower most level (row) cars are moved horizontally and middle level cars are moved both horizontally & vertically. One column (except the topmost car) is kept empty to facilitate this movement.

To facilitate proper parking of the vehicle, all the parking spaces are equipped with wheel-stop. The parking system is operated by entering the platform number in the operator box mounted in front.

The parking system consists of following elements:

Separate structure for encompassing all the mechanism and platforms. Steel pillars with base elements, which are mounted to the floor. Platform supports with wire ropes are mounted on the steel rectangular frames. The platforms move horizontally along with the frames and for vertical movement is done through wire rope and motor arrangement.

Platforms:

The platform consists of base sections, wheel-stop, access plate, side members, cross members, screws, nuts, washers, distance tubes, etc.

It consists of a hydraulic oil reservoir serving the whole unit, cover incorporating the pump, 3 Ph AC motor, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve and hydraulic hoses.
