  • Drive sales activities and business development efforts within the Pune region to achieve defined sales targets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive enquiry generation, market research, and networking.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations with customers, architects, and RCC consultants to promote products and solutions.
  • Lead negotiation processes and oversee the finalization of orders in coordination with internal teams.
  • Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Execute target-driven initiatives and ensure alignment with overall regional sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term business growth and client satisfaction.
