Job Description
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize system downtime.
- Supervise, monitor, and execute routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanized car parking systems.
- Conduct thorough system checks to ensure proper functioning and reliability.
- Prepare and send AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and spare part proposals.
- Develop, implement, and update system databases and work processes for improved efficiency.
- Follow up on invoicing and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and maintain a monthly service schedule.
- Log complaints and service work details into service management software.
- Address customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and support.
