  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize system downtime.
  • Supervise, monitor, and execute routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanized car parking systems.
  • Conduct thorough system checks to ensure proper functioning and reliability.
  • Prepare and send AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and spare part proposals.
  • Develop, implement, and update system databases and work processes for improved efficiency.
  • Follow up on invoicing and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare and maintain a monthly service schedule.
  • Log complaints and service work details into service management software.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and support.
