November 01, 2021

Recently, KLAUS Multiparking India participated in the 9th edition of Parking InfraTech Expo, organized at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from 26th to 28th October 2021.

Parking InfraTech Expo is often held along with Traffic Infratech Expo and Smart Mobility Expo. The Expo is arranged to keep pace with the constantly-changing parking industry. It hosts multi-faceted discussions on topics such as the increase in parking issues, vehicular traffic, multimodal integration, infrastructure developments, and the government’s ambitious Smart City initiative. It also discusses automation & digitalization of parking, multilevel parking systems, and the rising demand for touchless parking facilities.

With over 5000 visitors, the Expo is India’s only parking event for business and networking, that brings together car parking system manufacturers, parking professionals, government departments, enforcement authorities, town planners, infrastructure developers, builders, designers, and consultants under one roof.

The three-day-long Parking InfraTech Expo got off to a strong start on 26th October, with Mr. Nitin Gadkari, Hon. Minister for Road Transport & Highways inaugurating it. Mr. Gadkari took out time to visit nearly each and every booth to understand and discuss the technology displayed. Mr. Gadkari congratulated all the participants and expressed his satisfaction with the innovations happening in the parking industry.

200+ national and international brands participated in the Expo, showcasing their intelligent technologies. Apart from smart parking systems, the Expo attracted companies that specialize in Intelligent Transport Systems, Safety & Security, Toll Management, Urban Traffic Management, Highway Traffic Management, Mass Transport, and many others. The Expo was a successful union of national and international trade visitors, representatives from various government departments including transport departments and municipal corporations, and trade experts.

This exhibition of three days helps cut across barriers of geography and enables the participants of the parking industry to unite and find solutions and explore new technologies. It provides the visitors with access to various companies that can help them overcome issues and get introduced to solutions that make a difference. This process otherwise might take a lot of time and effort, without any guarantee of success.

KLAUS Multiparking India participated in the Expo with an aim to present our state-of-the-art multilevel parking solutions in front of visitors and help them understand the benefits of automated parking systems in a better way. Our booth #D-35 received a great response from visitors, where they explored a world of futuristic parking solutions. Mr. Gadkari also interacted with KLAUS representatives about our multilevel parking system specialities and areas of expertise.

Mr. Aditya Bhave, Director- KLAUS Multiparking India addressed queries related to parking issues and shared his views on parking as a part of integration to strengthen the public transport in India, during a panel discussion at Smart Mobility Conference held at Parking InfraTech Expo.

This Expo provided us with an amazing opportunity to interact with various dignitaries and visitors as well as other Expo participants, learn about their views, and know more about their expectations. We hope to continue participating in such exhibitions and grab any possibilities of interacting directly with our customers.
