Mr. Aditya Bhave, Director of KLAUS Multiparking Systems Pvt. Ltd., recently interacted with ACE Updates as a part of the Industry Speaks segment. In the interview, he explained KLAUS Multiparking’s varied offerings for residential, commercial, and public infrastructure spaces. Mr. Bhave went into detail about Klaus Multiparking’s future- forward stack and semi-automatic multi level car parking and puzzle parking systems, along with their modern large-scale public utility spaces, including metros, railways, and airports.
The conversation went further into KLAUS Multiparking tech-driven updates, including the availability of the EV charging facility. Mr. Bhave talked about how they are moving towards integrating other building management software and IoT-enabled monitoring for predictive maintenance and remote monitoring for their solutions, including the multi- level parking and stack parking.
Mr. Bhave raised a point for safety and security. He mentioned that safety and security are paramount to their designs. All of the systems, including the mechanical parking system, adhere to global safety standards, and they include sensors, locks, and hydraulic controls that prevent misuse and ensure that only authorized users can operate them. Regular user training is also provided; this ensures safe handling of the equipment.
A severe problem that KLAUS Multiparking is helping combat is the challenge of limited space, congestion, and high demand. Mr. Bhave reinforced that KLAUS Multiparking is working closely with architects and developers during the planning phase. They want to ensure that each parking system is tailored to suit the building’s traffic flow, whether it is residential, commercial, or recreational. This can yield a strong return on investment and help ensure optimal use of the systems.
“Using the correct mechanical parking system based on the application is extremely important; this is where our expertise comes in. We customise our solutions based on the client’s needs and maximise their utilisation of space and return on investment.” – Quoted by Mr. Aditya Bhave – Director, KLAUS Multiparking Systems Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Bhave addressed many misconceptions about power usage. He clarified that the hydraulic systems consume minimal electricity since their system relies on gravity when lowering vehicles, and the motor is deployed to move cars horizontally. He clarified further that the system only operates for a few minutes per day.
Mr. Bhave reinforced that their solutions are designed to optimize space and support sustainable urban development.
With smart, scalable, and sustainable designs, KLAUS Multiparking is helping redefine urban parking, making it more efficient, secure, and eco-friendly.
