G61 Standard (Dependent Stack Parker)

It is a car parking system that provides non-independent parking spaces for two cars - one vehicle on the lower platform and one vehicle on the upper platform. The dimensions are in accordance with the pertaining information sheet.In this parking system, the access to all parking spaces is horizontal. The vehicle parked below must be removed first before the platform is lowered. To facilitate proper parking of the vehicle, the upper parking space is equipped with wheel-stop. This device should be adjusted in accordance with the operating instructions. The parking system is operated with a key switch on the operator box mounted in front.

The Stack Parker consists of following elements:

Steel pillars with base elements are mounted on to the floor. Sliding platforms supported with slides are mounted on the steel pillars. The platform is attached to this sliding platform supports.
A mechanical synchronization control system ensures synchronous operation of the sliding platform supports during raising and lowering. A mechanical safety lock prevents accidental descending of the platform from the upper end position.

Platforms:

The platform consists of base sections, adjustable wheel-stop, access plate, side members, cross members, screws, nuts, washers, distance tubes, etc.

Supporting Structure:

The supporting structure consists of base elements, steel pillars, sliding platform supports, dowels, screws, connecting elements, bolts, etc.

Electrical Equipment:

The electrical equipment consists of an operating element with “EMERGENCY –STOP” button and the lock with one master key per parking space.

Power Pack:

It consists of a hydraulic oil reservoir serving the whole unit, cover incorporating the pump, 3Ph AC motor, valve and hydraulic hoses. If multiple parkers are connected to single power pack, only one parker will be operated at one time.

G63 Standard (Independent 3 level Stack)

It is a car parking system providing independent parking spaces for three cars - one vehicle on the lower platform, one vehicle on the middle platform and one vehicle on the upper platform. The three platforms are connected to each other mechanically and there is no relative movement in between them. All three platforms move vertically up & down together. Dimensions are in accordance with the pertaining information sheet.

In this parking system, the access to all parking spaces is horizontal. Customer need to provide pit for this product for the lower car platform & middle car platform to go in and enable the upper car platform to match the ground level. To facilitate proper parking of the vehicle all the parking space are equipped with wheel-stops. This wheel-stop should be adjusted in accordance with the operating instructions. The parking system is operated with a key switch on the operator box mounted in front.
