Subject to the non-entry of foreign particles, change in environmental conditions, hydraulic oil needs to be inspected after every 5 years for its emulsification and viscosity. Only top-up is required in case of minor leakages or seepages. Replacement could be required if oil is contaminated due to external factors. Oil replacement is covered under Comprehensive AMC.

Can 2 or more stack parking systems be used simultaneously on a single power pack?
Multiple systems are grouped on a single power pack; hence it is recommended to operate only one system at a time.
Have you covered your employee under Statutory Compliance?
Yes, all our employees are covered under Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI/Medical Insurance).
Is your parking system covered by insurance?
No. We do not offer any insurance for the parking system. The customer can check with a third-party general insurance provider for further details.
What is the percentage of YOY AMC rate escalation?
There is an escalation on the AMC rates annually which is calculated on the following parameters:
- The usage of the system
- The type of system
- Deterioration of the machine

We provide on-time and reliable services maintaining the uptime of systems, hence our AMC rates seem to be on the higher side, considering the scope of work.
What is your AMC rate break-up?
Various heads are considered such as: manpower-man-days (preventive + breakdown visits), spare parts, hydraulic oil, grease, conveyance, training & up-gradation of knowledge, safety, communication, transportation & logistics, vendors/experts visits, tools & tackles, lab testing, design & QC support, factory support.
Do you carry out an annual inspection for safety?
Safety of any machine is of prime importance, and we, at KLAUS Multiparking, insist on regular inspection and upkeep of the parking systems. We insist on a minimum of at least 2 checks annually. Our technical team carries a safety-related checkpoint list. During every preventive maintenance visit, these points are given special attention.
What is the frequency of preventive maintenance visits?
The schedule for the preventive maintenance visit is as follows:
- For stack parking system – Quarterly visit
- For puzzle parking system – Bi-monthly or quarterly visit
- For automatic parking system – Monthly visit
