iDAC 2026 Recap | Shaping the Future of Automated Parking Trends

The iDAC Expo 2026 in Mumbai is a platform for architects, developers, designers, and construction professionals to come together for three days of meaningful networking, product launches, and cross-sector knowledge sharing.

For KLAUS Multiparking, the iDAC Expo 2026 provided an opportunity to engage with architects, consultants, and developers who are actively contributing to the development of the built environment. During the event, the KLAUS Multiparking met visitors who were eager to learn about how efficient parking systems can be incorporated into modern developments.

Engaging with the Architecture and Design Community

One of the highlights of the event was the engagement with industry stakeholders. The conversations varied from specific parking issues related to the project to more general conversations about urban planning efficiency.

The event became an opportunity to interact with architects and developers about how solutions such as multi-level car parking and structured multi-level parking systems can assist in increasing parking space within limited project boundaries.

With the increasing need for efficient parking layouts in various projects, such as residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, many people were interested in learning about the possibility of incorporating mechanical solutions in the early stages of building design.

Through such conversations, the KLAUS Multiparking team was able to provide insights into practical system configurations as well as parking solutions for various projects.

Showcasing Mechanical Parking Solutions
At the booth, visitors learned about KLAUS Multiparking’s solutions. The discussion focused on common mechanical parking system configurations in urban areas.

One of KLAUS Multiparking’s most popular systems, stack parking, was showcased at the event. In this system, vehicles are parked on top of platforms, which allows for increased parking space without the need to increase the footprint of the land on which the building sits.

Another solution that generated strong interest was puzzle parking. Puzzle systems move vehicles both vertically and horizontally within a structured layout, allowing for flexible parking arrangements in developments where space constraints are more complex.

By presenting these solutions, the KLAUS team showcased the reliability of its multi-level car parking systems in modern-day building projects.

Meaningful Conversations and Industry Exchange

In addition to product-related discussions, iDAC 2026 became the ground for meaningful professional interactions. Architects, developers, consultants, and industry experts exchanged ideas and project insights, including emerging design influences that affect the way infrastructure is created within buildings.

Looking Back at iDAC 2026

Over the three days of the event, the KLAUS booth remained an active hub for discussions on multi-level car parking, stack parking, puzzle parking, and other mechanical parking system solutions.

The event allowed the KLAUS team to engage directly with the architecture and development community, understand project requirements, and share practical insights into parking system solutions.

As iDAC 2026 comes to a close, the conversations and connections made during the event will continue to shape future collaborations and projects in the industry.
